Our Supper Club is back and our September's meaningful subject is focussing on 'Physical'. We have some amazing women bosses, talking about their journeys, how this subject got them to where they are today and why they are so passionate about it.

Expect an array of thought provoking talks - from setting up a street dance business empire, to happy eating and the power of yoga.

We have covered all avenues to showcase the power of everything 'Physical', and to hopefully leave you inspired and feeling good.

Speakers include:

Shekira Johnson- Creater and Owner of Turn'd Up Fitness, an amazing sexy, chic dance movement that is taking over South Wales. Hear about Shekira's struggle with depression and anxiety and how that path lead her to setting up this growing empire.

Rebecca Storch- Founder of Eat Happy Coach, a coaching service, helping people to develop a happy relationship with food, and live their most awesome life. Hear all about how Rebecca found the strength to use her eating disorder in to turning her life around and starting her new business.

Suzie Latham- Owner of Hot Yoga Health Studio in Newport and is passionate advocate of the benefits of yoga for mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Suzie has a heart felt journey to yoga (involving her Father) and setting up her amazing family run business, that is bringing the Newport Community together.
